1. Our Privacy-First Design
QuietPlay is built to entertain guests of different ages in waiting areas—not to gather personal information about its users. QuietPlay does not collect, store, or transmit patient information, personal health information (PHI), or personally identifiable information (PII) from end users of the tablet. The tablet operates in a locked-down configuration with no user login, no browsing, and no data forms.
2. Information We Do Collect
We collect limited information from our business customers and website visitors:
- Business account information: name, business name, email, phone, shipping address, and account details when you subscribe to the QuietPlay Managed Service.
- Device telemetry: non-personal diagnostics from deployed tablets — such as uptime, app version, battery status, and error logs — used to keep devices healthy and secure.

- Support communications: messages you send us by email, phone, or the contact form.
3. How We Use Information
- Fulfill subscription and managed service orders.
- Provide remote device management, security monitoring, and technical support.
- Deliver software updates and new content.

- Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
4. Payment Information & Square
Your payment information is processed securely through our payment provider, Square. EVREN does not directly collect, store, or retain your full card number, bank account, or other raw payment credentials. Square tokenizes and safeguards your payment data in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Monthly service charges are billed automatically through Square to your authorized payment method. Square's handling of your payment data is governed by Square's own privacy and security policies.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., payment processing through Square, shipping, cloud hosting, device management), and only to the extent needed to perform those services. We may disclose information when required by law.
6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information under our control. Deployed QuietPlay devices are secured through managed configurations, encrypted network communications, and continuous monitoring.
7. Data Retention
We retain business and account records for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with our legal obligations. Device telemetry is retained only as long as necessary for support and diagnostics.
8. End-User Privacy
QuietPlay is designed for guests of different ages and does not collect personal information from anyone using the device. No user login, profile, or personal information is required. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any end user, including children under 13.
